Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip

Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip 2

Has anyone else looked at the calendar recently?  It’s November tomorrow.  Seriously.  This fall has gone by soooo fast.  Agreed??

I finally realized that it is fall, and it’s already November.  How in the world did that happen?  This means less than 2 months til Christmas (2 months, people!)

Maybe most of you have been watching the calendar and aren’t quite as shocked by this realization.  The other part of this that shocks me is that my baby is going to turn 1 year old this month.  That certainly flew by!  I better not blink again, or else she’ll be heading off to preschool.

And speaking of baby girl, I have been failing lately in my goal to take a picture every day.  Pretty pathetic I guess that I can’t even take one every other day, but you know what they say, out of sight out of mind. (I’m talking about the camera, chill!)  I guess I’m going to have to make a point to leave the camera out so I can remember to snap a shot while she’s in a good mood.

Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip

Enough about me.

You have things to do.  Such as make this delicious fruit dip.

Got any last minute Halloween parties to go to?

No worries, I’ve got you covered.  Take this delicious fruit dip and help the kiddos sneak in a little something healthy.  It literally takes 2 minutes to make and chances are, you have all of these ingredients on hand. Just grab some grapes and apple slices for dipping and you’ll be set.

This is by far the healthiest fruit dip I’ve seen before and it’s super tasty.  If anyone needs enticing to eat their fruit, this dip will do it for them.  I can definitely see it making an appearance at my daughter’s upcoming birthday party!

Ps. I’ve moved my “notes about this recipe” section below the recipe for convenience and closer proximity to the recipe in case you were wondering.

Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip 3

Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip
Author: Adapted from Two Peas and Their Pod
Prep time:
Cook time:
Total time:
Serves: 1/4 cup dip
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt (use Greek yogurt or strain your yogurt if you want a thicker consistency)
  • 1 Tablespoon natural salted peanut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  1. Mix yogurt, peanut butter, and honey together til blended.  Chill until ready to serve.  Serve with fresh sliced fruit.
1. I have included the amount of fruit dip I made just for us, but I would triple or quadruple this recipe if I were serving it to others for a party.[br]2. The second time I made this, it was a bit runny, so I definitely recommend straining the plain yogurt a bit if you are too cheap and lazy, (like me!) to buy Greek yogurt.
